How's your new year's resolution holding up? Has it already become history? This is the time to tap into your true intention of what you really want to manifest in your life. Nourish yourself in mind body & spirit by looking inward, stoke the fire of self-discipline (what Patanjali refers to this as "Tapas" in the 8 Limb Path of Yoga) and make a COMMITMENT! Commitment follows when one becomes clear on what they want their priorities to be and why. If your "wants" aren't really aligned with your true nature, they will be much harder to achieve. Once you identify what you really want to cultivate in your life, continue to make small steps in the right direction and eventually, your dreams and goals will become a reality!

Reminder!! The studio will be closed Friday, February 18 - Friday March 4, for our annual Yoga Vacation. The schedule will resume as normal from Monday, March 7.
